1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another notification email containing your tracking information.
Please note: If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a day or two. Thank you for your patience!

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with reliable global carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • Standard Shipping: Once processed and shipped, orders typically take 7 to 15 business days to deliver.

  • Free Shipping Perk: We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders!

(Note: Occasional shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, severe weather, or local postal service issues. The 7-15 day timeframe is an estimate and is not a strict guarantee.)

3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's official website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TweeTrove is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors or your local post office. If it still cannot be found, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in investigating the matter.
